Port Information

Once your items have been collected, it begins to make it’s journey to set sail within 7 days.

Once your shipping has boarded the journey/shipments become the responsibility of the port you are shipping to.

Delivery times and offloading freight will vary, and all depend on weather conditions at sea as well as the operations led at the port arrival.

Custom Clearance

The sender is responsible for all contents of the shipment.
Port offices will contact the recipient once the shipment is ready to be cleared and collected.
Customs are likely to inspect the contents with the recipient present.
Custom fees are decided by the government of the country and information we have no access to.
